Refund policy

 

All Attachd pieces are made-to-order and carefully prepared upon purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.

Each item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.

In the rare case that Attachd is at fault (damaged or incorrect item), customers may choose between a refund or exchange, subject to review and approval.

Any applicable delivery, shipping, or courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount and are non-refundable.

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and color before checkout.
Orders placed with incorrect selections are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

Items eligible for refund must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Clear photos and/or videos of the issue

All requests will be carefully reviewed. If approved, Attachd will proceed with either a refund or exchange based on the customer’s preference.

 

Attachd reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
